"The service was great! The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Mold was a real concern with a newborn in the house, but our mind is at ease now knowing that our problem has been thoroughly solved. "After contacting mold inspection plus personnel, they came to my house and did a thorough inspection from top to bottom. They identified mold
In the basement, attic, and vents. This was very helpful because my wife and I have a young son that has an asthma condition that's been flaring up a lot lately and we didn't know why. After mold inspection plus came and did a complete remediation of our basement, attic, and vents; we've seen a complete turnaround of our sons breathing and overall health. We can never thank the folks from mold inspection plus enough."

"Frank was quick to respond and made a trip to our home in a Sunday to look at the project. He said he wouldn’t charge us because it was such a small job. He gave us great advice and tips on what to do. We took his card because we will be recommending him and using him in the future if we need work done."

"Art himself answered the phone the first time I called and quickly scheduled a visit, making the trip in the aftermath of a serious snow storm. He quickly alleviated our fears. Told us we were doing a great job removing the mold we found on our exposed basement ceiling and that what we feared was mold on the insulation in our finished walls (the reason we called) was just soot from an improperly installed pellet stove (which we thankfully have not run since buying the house). As worried as I was, he could have taken us for thousands, and he didn't. Gave my husband pointers on keeping the ceiling mold in check. Didn't charge us a dime for the visit. Will not hesitate to call him back if we run up against another mold/water damage issue in the future."

"Mold damage was more extensive than I had hoped. Extra outside services were advised. Not sure all of those recommendations were needed."

"Steve was very good at communication and great to work with. His team did exactly the work they were hired to do and took care of the mold issues.

"We used Checkmark to remove some asbestos lining on pipes before we had a new heating system installed. Marko and his crew were great. They squeezed us in knowing that we were without heat and this project was time sensitive. He and his men were polite, professional and very thorough. And they were very neat, too!! Marko made sure to get me the documentation I needed ASAP, just as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Truly a great company and an extremely nice guy."

"These guys did a good job on demoing and treating a very difficult mold project covering around 1000 sf plus walls and ceiling and the mold has not come back. One small gripe is that they asked for about 25% more than the original quote after they started the job and realized that it was taking longer, but I did not ding them much on that and also I did not pay the additional amount since it was not put in writing and it was not clear to me that we had expanded any scope."
