Hi, my name is Brian Douglas. I have been installing various types of flooring for approximately 12 years. I have also been installing tile for approximately five years. I do subcontracting work for Sherwin Williams Floor Covering, M-Five Construction, Poshedley Floor Covering. I take care of my van, my tools and my appearance. I'm polite as well as animal friendly. I have plenty of references if you need any. I also have pictures of my work. I get work done in a timely manner and keep my areas clean daily. Fully insured. Bonding for specific jobs.

"Ray and his team are miracle workers! Our home is a renovated 40's farmhouse with multiple additions. The basement (especially the "original" portion) had been pretty much untouched for decades before we moved in - we're talking junk, dirt, spider webs, bugs, etc. Ray and his crew did a haul-out of everything still remaining and then a deep clean with pressure washing/sanitizing. They also procured and installed steel shelving for storage and then organized the items we wanted to keep on the shelves. The basement is unrecognizable! We could never have accomplished this much on our own. The team was also prompt, polite, and FAST. I am amazed at what they got done in less than two days! Ray even fixed our broken screen door on his way out!"

"We had $14000 worth of flooring installed. Flooring Concepts wanted to install the vinyl floor over the existing wood floor. We had some reservation but The staff assured us that it would be ok. Three weeks after installation our refrigerator leaked and damaged the kitchen floor. We had to mitigate the water damage and both layers of flooring had to be removed. We are planning to renovate our kitchen and went to Flooring Concepts to order the product and install the floor when we renovate our kitchen. We were aghast when Flooring Concepts called and told us that they would not repair the floor since the installers did not want to have to do the repairs necessary to reinstall the floor. We received a call from the account manager from Costco that stated he backed Flooring Concepts decision. The person was patronizing and insulting. I think Flooring Concepts should have to repair their own work. I am considering retaining an attorney."
