"Late in the evening I discovered our freezer was not working and found the outlet unpowered.  I checked the main electrical panel and found a tripped cb which I attempted to reset.  It would not reset.  I sent an email to Jason at JAC Electric with a list of days that we would be available for any required repair.  I  got an email and a text response right away and Jason had someone scheduled to come over the next morning.  Bob arrived right on time and checked the outlets and then confirmed the cb was bad and he replaced it quickly.  As the panel had been installed by J A C last May there was no charge for the service call or replacement of the cb.  That kind of support and response is rare these days and I can not recommend J A C Electric highly enough.

"We recently moved to Huron and the house we purchased has a gas water heating system which we have never had any dealings with.  When it seemed to take a very long time to heat the house we were concerned.  I called Gilbert Heating and Air Conditioning because there were tags on the furnace showing that they had previously serviced it.  Even though I had never used this company before, they scheduled me for 8:00 am the next morning.  This is a much better turnaround time than I have ever received before from any service company.  A technician named Tanner showed up on time and was very helpful.  Although there turned out not to be anything wrong with the furnace, Tanner gave us some tips and explained the heating method to us.

"Rob arrived on time and did a walk-through to explain the service and count the registers and ducts.  He blew dust and debris through the registers down to the basement where he had a large vacuum set up to collect everything.  Rob was careful with the hose so as to not damage doorways and moldings.  He also cleaned my dryer vent hose.  Rob was courteous and efficient. Rob did not try to pressure me in to buying extra services I did not need.  I did have a coupon.

"Had Jim come out to give me an estimate and hid did a very thorough job.  Called him a few months later to have the insulation and ventilation needs addressed.  Jim and his crew were very professional, trust worthy and they did a great job with the installation.  Jim walked me through the work when they were finished and the price ended up being less than what he originally quoted me.  I can not say enough about Jim and the company.  It is very hard to find great companies who show up on time, are professional and deliver a great product, so I always like to praise the companies that do,  Jim and his crew were all of the above, professional and provided great customer service.  I would highly recommend North Coast Insulation and Ventilation, you will not be disappointed.  Thanks for the great work and a warm house.

"He took out attached shelves in the closet where the mold was and took off the doors, going to a lot of trouble to do a thorough job.
 I told him I am a health nut and insisted he put up plastic etc and be very careful about spreading the spores. He was. I don't know whether he would have done that without my insisting, but he was knowledgeable about how to treat mold and the dangers of it and he might have.
 Most importantly, he listened to me and pretty much did as I requested. I was a little freaked about being contaminated. (The garage is attached to house). I told him he couldn't come inside to the bathroom as he had done, after he was in contact with the mold, and he didn't try to.
By the way, he gave us 2 choices and 2 prices. Spray the mold or cut it out and replace the dry wall. Glad we choose what we did.
He seems to have broad handy-man skills. Was perfect for the job.
