"Woke up in the morning and discovered that our 4 year old KitchenAid french door refrigerator was not working properly and although it was running was not cooling either the regrigerator or freezer. I called the company that had previously done warranty work for us on behalf of KitchenAid and they said they could have someone out in 8 days!!! So I went on Angies List and contacted Morris County Appliance. They said they prioritize refrigeration calls and would get back to me within 30 minutes to schedule something. They had someone out by 1:00 pm and discovered there was a blockage in the condensor, cleaned it out and got it working again. They were very curteious, helpful and professional and we were very pleased. Price for a service call was $95. which I thought was a little high as we were charged $80 for an electrical contractor recently but is was an emergency and they did respond quickly.

I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. I can't wait for an opportunity to give them more of my business!"
