Because my mom is a senior citizen he offered her a senior citizen discount of $50. <br /> Ron then Scheduled the work two days later. The Crew arrived on time and were able to install the windows earlier than estimated.  The work crew was very professional.  They were very careful and meticulous about the plants outside the windows that they were installing.  The work was completed in the amount of time that he said it would be done.  Everything was cleaned up.  The windows are awesome. <br /> I am very happy with the quality of work that was provided. <br />"

Powder Room (Basement) - Created a 5' x 5' powder room within laundry room in basement. Crew chipped through concrete slab and hand dug soil along a narrow trench from proposed powder room over to the existing main sewer pipe within laundry. Studded out the walls using pressure treated lumber along floor and closing in walls with moisture- and mold-resistant gypsum board. Placed bead board along bottom half of walls. Porcelain tile flooring with wood effect. 1st floor bathroom - Complete demo of 1st floor bathroom down to studs. Replaced sections of water damaged flooring/wall structure. A waterproof membrane was placed over entire bathroom floor creating a wet room for a barrier free (curbless) shower. The 12" x 12" floor tiles were sloped within the shower toward a linear drain with tile insert along the back wall. I would recommend and would hire Cristina and Daniel again. I was out of town due to an illness in the family while Marvin and his crew completed installation of the new roof. Marvin refused to accept payment for the job from my wife. Marvin wanted my inspection and approval first! In addition,Marvin promptly and personally responded to every call. I have used Marvin and Alexander Home Improvement in the past and have recommended them to my friends. Alexander Home Improvement installed a new roof and insulated and sided the whole house. "Greg was great! He took a look at the issue and was able to repair a vintage lock mechanism on an old large door of our property. Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look. He was able to reassemble the lock, clean the mechanism, and bring it back to working condition. Greg was very professional and thorough in his work. I will be looking forward to using him on other projects."
