"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"I had a 'problem' door in the kitchen which swung open blocking a door into the garage. I asked Mark for advice in solving this problem. He suggested using a pocket door thus eliminating the problem of the door swinging open in one direction and blocking access to the garage or if it swung in the other direction it would block the door to my yard. Mark picked up the door from the store for me. He removed and hauled away all related debris. The door is now installed and working great. Problem solved. Cost was exactly as estimated $600 that included the new door and all related labor & debris removal. He did such a good job I gave him the job of remodeling the entire kitchen. I'll post a review when it's completed."
