"Long story short, I purchased my current West Melbourne home in 2013. I trusted my second realtor after having a very poor experience with the first one while looking at a home in Viera. John from Honor inspected both homes. He advised me that the one in Viera had significant black mold and even remediation services might not take care of the problem. That realtor was telling me to ‘just use a bucket of bleach water and a cloth; it’ll clean it up’. I changed realtors, selected this home, and there were only very minor issues in need of repair. As a single mother with a demanding career, I needed someone to trust, and by the grace of God, I had my new realtor and John. Shortly after moving in, I had a concern for a bathroom tub faucet. Not knowing who to call, John stopped by and helped. Now, years later, and once again, I needed assistance with my garage side door that’s begun to rot out due to the extremes in weather and heavy rain. I was worried about there being more of a foundational issue. He sent a tech over to examine it and gave me his recommendation. Just replace the door and frame with fiberglass/PVC. Also I need to seal and repaint very soon. He did this all on the same day as my call, and without any hesitation. I am so incredibly thankful for his expertise and ability to understand my concern. If I ever decide to move or buy another property, Honor will be the only inspection service provider I will call again. My sincere thanks to you!"

"Terrible experience with this company and its ownership. I put my trust in them for a significant home investment, but in under a year, the roof they installed began leaking badly. When I tried to get assistance, I was met with little to no response, and the attempted fixes were ineffective. My calls and service requests were largely ignored, and their warranty proved to be worthless. Getting a clear or helpful answer from anyone there felt nearly impossible. To make matters worse, their contract includes a clause requiring disputes to be handled in West Palm Beach, which seems intentionally set up to make it costly and inconvenient for customers to pursue any legal action. Overall, extremely disappointing?I would strongly caution others before doing business with them."

"Ordered replacement windows from Coleman Glass since they came highly recommended when I replaced the windshield on my van a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job! Their price was fair and their service was exemplary. Upon installation, the installer and I noticed two windows which were scratched inside the insulated glass. He ordered replacements and came out and reinstalled a few weeks later after they were ordered. Then the second time around, the installer noticed a scratch on the outside of the glass and said he would call it in so he could come out again and buff it out. He couldn't at that time because he said he didn't have the equipment on the truck. He came out a couple of weeks later as promised and buffed out the glass. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their window glass on their car or house."

"Went very well. Larry showed up at 8:30AM as scheduled . Doors were very old, both screws and rollers on doors were odd size. Larry left and returned within an hour with the correct parts. He and his co-worker cleaned the slider rails and replaced the rollers. Doors now slide good as new."
