"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. "This was a four day project and Tom worked from 8am to several nights till 8pm. He worked alone and he made sure the site was totally cleaned perfectly before he left. The bedroom windows were installed in one day and he even went above and beyond by re-installing all the shades into the new woodwork. The kitchen window installation turned into a more challenging project than first anticipated. He meticulously installed custom woodworking to conceal several pipes and provided a finished customized look to the newly enlarged opening. In addition, he did a fabulous job removing and re-installing the outside siding. We could not have been more pleased with his skill, professionalism, and outstanding work ethic."

He did a masterful job and left the place completely clean at the end of the day. The next day Carlos, Ron's glass block installer, arrived on time and stayed late to keep to the schedule Ron had outlined for us. The next day he also arrived at the agreed upon time and completed the installation exactly as Ron had outlined. We're delighted with the quality of work we received from Eastern Glass Block. "After reading great reviews about Paul and AGM as well as the OKNA windows, I decided to give Paul a call. We needed all 25 vinyl double hung windows replaced and our patio sliding door replaced as well. I contacted Paul and he responded right away and set up a time to meet with me. He showed up, showed me the window sample (OKNA 600), explained the process and gave me a quote that Sunday (we met on a Friday). We already had vinyl windows that were "builders grade" and were already failing at less than 10 years, so I was a bit skeptical about doing vinyl again. I considered Renewal by Andersen, but the price was outrageous and the pressure you receive by the salesperson is absurd. They want you to sing up for a $40k job after having 10 minutes to think it over..no thanks. I did a ton of research on not only OKNA, but so many different window manufacturers. I looked at wood w/ vinyl clad, composites, fiberglass, other vinyls. Spent a solid couple of weeks scouring the internet and looking at info. Every time, the OKNA product seemed to stand out far and above any others. Once we signed the contract,it all went great. Paul and his installer came by to make sure they had precise measurements and agreed on the install method. They told me exactly what to expect from the finished product and they were certainly accurate once completed. From signing to window install was roughly 3 weeks, which is what Paul told me to expect. Paul was great about communicating via email or text if I ever had a question. The install took a full 2 days. They guys did a great job. Everything was very neat. While it was the 3rd week of Feb, we got lucky w/ temps in the high 60s, which made it tolerable b/c all of the windows on first floor were basically removed at the same time. If it were really cold out, that would have been uncomfortable, though I suspect they would have done it a bit differently to compensate. We are so happy w/ the windows and the sliding patio door. Such a big difference. No more drafty feeling by the windows. No more ice cold floor from the cold air "falling" down as it entered the terrible old windows. Also, it is noticeably quieter as behind our house is a somewhat busy road at times. Also, the operation of the windows is so smooth. My only regret is that we did not do this years ago;) I would highly, highly recommend Paul and AGM windows if you need some or all of your windows and/or doors replaced. You will not be disappointed."

"<p>Alan and Angie were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.  Alan took the time to come to our home very early one morning (outside of his normal business hours) to accommodate my husbands and my busy work schedules.  Alan is extremely knowledgeable about his product and was able to guide us threw what the best choice for our home was.  Angie worked with us to give us a organized and detailed proposal, and was very communicative throughout the entire process from the signing of the contract right through the installation of the windows and beyond.  Alan even showed us his manufacturing facility when we went to their offices to sign our contract.</p> <p>The install was a 2 day process in which the installers placed and wrapped all 17 of the windows in one day.  Not only were they fast and efficient, they were very clean and really nice people.  They returned a second day and framed, installed and wrapped our sliding patio door in 2 hours and were cleaned up and completed.  We were very impressed with the installers work ethic, cleanliness and overall performance in their work.</p> <p>The Window's themselves are amazing.  We went with Triple pain glass as we live on a busy road and the noise reduction and insulation difference is amazing.  The windows look great, function amazingly well and were extremely affordable.
