"Replaced old wood siding with new to match rest of the house, and painted whole house. Looks great. Also replaced some soffit and fascia."

"Phil graciously offered to move the birds' nest for us (I know that seems like a little thing, but the other contractors who submitted lower bids for the project did not make the effort to take care of our feathered friends), and then proceeded to complete all the repairs earlier than expected, and with such quality work that rest of our house feels a bit inadequate! We will definitely contact Phil and Fritz for our next project."

"After a major flood completely destroyed my basement, I wasn’t sure it would ever look the same again. The carpet, baseboards, and drywall all had to be replaced, and even one of the windows needed to be reinforced. From start to finish, he did an exceptional job. His craftsmanship was outstanding, he worked efficiently, and his attention to detail was evident in every part of the project. My basement honestly looks better than it ever did before the flood. It’s beautiful, solid, and feels like a brand-new space. I’m incredibly grateful for his professionalism, hard work, and dedication to doing the job right. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship. Thank you for bringing my basement back to life!"

"Alberto and Elizabeth helped us through a complicated remodeling of two bathrooms with title suggestions, a quality vanity and quartz vanity top as well as trying to schedule the work to be completed in a timely fashion. While it took longer than expected, each crew of workers tried their best to make the job right including some things that had to be redone. The final results, which included removing one wall and rebuilding a shower stall in one bathroom, are dramatic and beautiful. I would recommend this company."

"The particular person that finally came out was a nice guy and explained to me about my garage door opener.   He explained how it worked. "

"We needed our fence repaired due to high winds breaking several posts and concrete footings, but want to reuse as much as possible. They did just that! Very professional and did great work. Would highly recommend!!"

"We wanted our basement finished and started it ourselves and decided it would be faster to find a professional. Alex responded promptly and quickly to our quote inquiry. Very professional and gave excellent suggestions to make our dream basement. We wanted the basement framed, insulated, drywalled, and mudded, and that's what we got. With reasonable pricing way within our budget and fast work they did a great job. Alex even went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for us. They even finished the area we started, which they didn't have to do. I highly recommend, would hire again."

"VM Remodeling managed my remodel in a very personalized and professional manner. They struck a perfect balance between providing quality without incurring unnecessary costs on the project. The tradesmen were highly skilled and friendly, yet not intrusive. The job was completed within the expected timeframe and budget, and the results demonstrate the high level of craftsmanship and management that can be expected of VM Contracting. I could not be happier with my new bathroom, bedroom and hallway!"

"Very well, it was a complicated installation with the existing fireplace having to be cut out with a torch and with both natural gas and electric lines run to the fireplace. Everything got done on time and looks exactly as advertised despite the additional subcontractors required to do the job."
