"They showed up on time, explained the process and worked diligently.  They took care to protect our home and outdoor furnishings as they worked, and cleaned up very well after the work was completed.  They moved some irrigation heads I had not thought about moving in advance, and also suggested a curved area in one location around the pool.  This added detail really made the space special.
