"Mike was very responsive (next day service), personable (nice & friendly), professional & knowledgeable (quickly diagnosed the problem) & trustworthy (returned later that week to install the ordered part). He was also reasonably priced & he guaranteed his service for 6 months. What more could you want!? I will certainly call him first for any future appliance repairs!"

"Delmarva Appliance was great! I was able to get an appointment quickly and Matt was professional and on-time. He was able to repair my refrigerator that day and the cost was very reasonable. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again!"

"Choice arranged for a technician to come to our home to repair our refrigerator, it took 2 weeks to before any company could come and we were without a refrigerator during that time. Once the tech came out, he determined the unit could not be repaired. Choice offered us a depreciated replacement amount that will not actually "replace" our unit, it will only cushion the blow a little. We were under the impression that replace meant with like quality and kind, I guess you have to read all the small print. Nevertheless, we did receive some compensation even though it will take 30 more days to receive the check in the mail for that reimbursement as well. A-1 Austin Appliance Repair was great though."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
