They ensured that my yard was clear of any nails or debris, and took it all with them, which was highly appreciated. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."

I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual.
