"Exterior Waterproofing Experts tied in my downspouts to an existing underground system to move water away from my foundation. They installed four inch gutters and downspouts as well. Prior to installation of downspouts the crew discussed placement and color options with me and explained their planned approach for the underground piping. I was very impressed that installers would take the time and show the concern to engage with the home owner at the time of installation to verify that the placement and color were satisfactory. After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. "Joey D, James, and Talib were hard workers who took care to protect the areas that were not impacted by their work. They cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. The work included removing dry wall and paneling from the exterior walls of the basement. They trenched around the exterior, installed 2 sumps and drainage channels, replaced 6 window wells, added new drain to the sump in the exterior stairwell, covered exterior walls with moisture barrier, and repaired the concrete. All work was completed in the 5 days scheduled. They communicated well and answered all my questions and concerns. Joey D, James, and Talib make a great team, are employees of JES, and will do a good job for you. They know what they are doing."

"Outstanding. They dug to the bottom of the foundation and patched the entire length of the crack, inside and outside. The outside patch was heavy black epoxy with a very heavy rubber patch 3 feet by 8 feet. They did some drain work at the base of the foundation. The pit was about 6 feet deep. The yard looked better after they had finished than before they started. They returned the inside basement wall insulation to original state along with an inside patch. Work crew of 3. I had three companies come to inspect and give me an estimate. LUX was the best price. One company suggested an inside patch only which would not last the life of the building. Very professional and hard working. After cleanup it appeared as if no one had done major work on my house. They were the best contractor and lowest price."
