"Job was promised to be less than two days. The crew arrived at the time agreed on and was thorough, covered walls not affected by the work and were finished by the end of the morning. I will recommend AA Action to anyone in need to basement waterproofing, crawl space improvements and related items."

"Dave from Clifton Contracting/Exterior Waterproofing came out to diagnose a leak in our basement. He came out within 24 hours and quickly identified what was causing the problem (gutters). Although this is a job too small for Clifton Contracting/Exterior Waterproofing, I would not hesitate to contact them down the road if I ever had an issue they would be better suited for. Thanks!"

"This was a huge job. A complete basement waterproofing - new internal drains installed and two new sump pumps installed. The guys were great - came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only negative was at the completion of work when it was time to pay the amount was less than what was originally quoted. I told the guy that and he insisted that it was what he had. I even showed him the quote on paper. I paid it - glad it was less, but a few days later got a call from the office telling me I needed to pay another $1600 (the difference between the original quoted price and at the time of service price) I told her what the guy told me and she got a little rude saying "well you knew what the quoted price was" - yeah I DID know and was prepared to pay but after install HER guy insisted it was the price he had. I wasn't trying to get out of paying but the confusion on how much it costs was with the people working there. I didn't appreciate her attitude as if I was trying to skimp out of paying. Nevertheless, I ended up with this additional payment. However, the work is supposed to be guaranteed for life. No complaints there."

"Working with Lux was an easy experience on my foundation work. Thomas was very knowledgeable in knowing how to fix the problem and did it well. He explained what needed to be done and did it. Worked all day, no sitting around or talking on the phone. If he needed to go somewhere to pick up materials he would come to me and let me know. He was great. I would recommend this company, and Russ the manager was very helpful getting me a hire date fast. Thanks again.."

"Basement waterproofing and egress window"

"We are the 2nd owners of a 15 year old home. Don't know why the original owner/builder did not put a sump pump in the basement, as it would have been a cheaper option in the end. If you are building a new home with a basement, put a sump pump in, don't scrimp on what is a very valuable insurance policy. After looking at a handful of other companies to retrofit a sump pump in our cellar, we picked All Aspects Waterproofing, LLC. They did a great job! Very high quality work, and outstanding service. They did a great job! We enthusiastically recommend All Aspects Waterproofing to any homeowner!"

"I had Lux come out to do foundation work on our home, as well as exterior waterproofing. It was a large job, and as a first-time homeowner, I didn’t know what to expect. Miguel and his team were efficient and did a great job. They communicated very well, which I really appreciated, and the job was completed in about a week. They ran into a small snag during the work, but were able to locate the issue and fix it quickly. They were very flexible and understanding, even after the job when I had a few follow-up questions. I would definitely use them again!"

"Working with ROBERT RECKMEYER (Project Manager) and his crew (whose foreman is RUGILLIO)-- was FABULOUS-- on every dimension! Project Manager Robert Reckmeyer's customer service exceeds the TOP of the rating scale-- due to Mr. Reckmeyer's impeccably clear and responsive communication (via email as well as phone), refreshingly clear explanations of the sequential tasks needed to externally waterproof my home, his attention-to-detail BEFORE the job started (to ensure the contract was crystal clear and complete) AND DURING THE JOB (to ensure all actions were proceeding as planned). Also, Mr. Reckmeyer instantly fixed any imperfection that occurred (with rarity) along the way. Moreover, AFTER the job was completed, my extensively landscaped property was back to beautiful-- just as Mr. Reckmeyer kept assuring me would be the case! When it downpours rain, I now feel CONFIDENT no water will penetrate my walls-- due to the STRATEGICALLY THOROUGH actions designed by Mr. Reckmeyer to keep water out (i.e., to direct water away from my home and to make my foundation walls via water-repelling paint and plastic barriers water-impenetrable)! If you want a dry home, fantastic customer service, and a highly attention-to-detail crew, call Drainage and Erosion Solutions!"

"Exceeded my expectation with waterproofing my entire basement + window wells. These guys are the real deal! I worked with Rob and I was educated and all my concerns were addressed. They do it right by you, the contract missed a window well and they were able to addressed that without having to go through a whole new quote/contract. Helped move some furniture around and left the place clean."

"I've had four previous foundation contractors come to the house who performed inspections of the foundation and all gave different answers. Howard Glancy with JES was the first to expertly use laser measurements and moisture readings to accurately diagnose the problem. His detailed explanations of the issues matched the readings and physical signs of the problems(cracked bricks, drywall, some mold, and bowing basement wall). He certainly gained my trust where the others did not and although extremely expensive, the costs did not seem unreasonable given the work that needed to be done to properly secure and waterproof my foundation and I signed the contract with JES. Hopefully the job will be as effective and professional as the inspection."
