I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"Phoenix HVAC has been great! I needed maintenance on my A/C having never done any on it for 13 years. Bob was great at explaining all that he was doing and he comped me on a part of the service because they had to reschedule me 2 times due to their schedules getting so busy with the latest extreme heat. Speaking of rescheduling, it's not common practice for them and Maggie, their office manager (and Bob) were extremely apologetic about it. I understood the circumstances. I was not in peril with no A/C and others were, so I was ok to wait a few days from original date. Customer Service was excellent, no pushy sales pitch and quality work!
