"Renovation went well from the start, Stacey and Dwight are very professional. On day one Stacey took measurements of the condo as to provide accurate/realistic estimate for the labor, materials, etc. Also, being that I live in a high-rise I was weary of the many logistical concerns, especially since I did not see any examples of such a job on the West Georgia Design Build website. However, after meeting S&D I went with my gut and very happy with the finished product. I'd also like to point out, and very important, this job stayed on budget and timeline. It was the same crew throughout the entire project, they arrived on time (impressive as they had to drive from Newnan to Midtown), are extremely courteous, friendly, cleaned the work site and organized their tools daily. As a 16 year Air Force Veteran, I was very impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend!"

"Larry is a gem! He is an absolute professional from beginning to end. Larry came out to give me an estimate on painting our cabinets and interior touch up paint, and I could tell he not only was extremely knowledgeable but trustworthy too. He is so easy going and very easy to work with. Once we decided to use Lar Con Construction for work on our home, he stayed in constant contact with me. We had already moved out of the home when the guys started working on the home. But Larry kept me informed and sent pictures throughout the entire process which I really appreciated since I wasn't there. Even when I brought things to his attention that I needed fixed that I forgot to tell him about in the beginning, he just went with it. He actually told me initially, you won't know for sure what all you need done until you move. And boy was he right! As he was doing a walk through, he even found things we missed and would reach out and say, do you want me to fix this or that. He treated us like we were family and you can tell he puts 100% into everything he does. He did an AMAZING job on the cabinets and the other things around the house. You can tell he loves what he does. Moving is stressful enough, but he totally made this process an easy one. We didn't have to worry about anything! He has been an absolute blessing!"

"They did a great job. I had other plumbers before but Norman knows his trade well. They replaced our kitchen facet & fixed the water line on our refrigerator' s ice maker. I had 3 other plumbers who tried to fix our ice maker but weren't able to fix correctly. We were so impressed with their work & expertise that we decided to have them install our new dishwasher and put in a water filter under our skunk. They will finish these projects this coming week. "Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."
