I was a new customer and spoke to Andrew in the office and he was very professional and walked me through the process of what the technician would do when he arrived. On the day of service, the technician explained everything that he was doing to repair my system. He was very nice and courteous. The company was so accommodating, I made sure to use them to winterize my system as well and will be using them in the future. I highly recommend The Sprinkler Company."

"I am so grateful to Joey and his crew. They were hard-working and respectful. Joey came out initially to inspect and over a quote that was fair. He returned the next week with a crew and they replaced all the sprinkler heads (most were broken and leaking badly, making my pump work harder). He also explained that my valves needed to be replaced and promised to be back the following week. As he replaced the valves, one of his crew also added drip irrigation to all my landscaping AND my patio tomatoes, flowers, and my two raised beds. He then switched the four zone to make one just for drip irrigation, after installing a new system. Joey also took the time to explain how I can control it all through my phone. We will be hiring them next spring to install a new system at our rental, and I look forward to seeing them in the fall when they will come and winterize the system."

"The service was scheduled twice after they did not show the first time at the appointed hour. The second day, they came, but about 2-3 hours later than planned. The 2 man crew worked hard and put in more time than the deal I purchased required, but the work was not especially good. My hedge is ragged and uneven, and the shrub trimming was uneven and will have to be corrected by me. Clean up was promised, and I do have about 10 huge black bags of debris to dispose of (deal does not include taking away the debris), but I also have a large pile of clippings that were not bagged, and an area of the front lawn that was not raked or cleaned up at all. I will have to even up the trimming myself, and clean up the areas left undone. The guys were hard working and the boss was friendly and apologetic about the hedge condition, but it seems that they don't really know how to do this work."

"Came on time, many workers were hired for initial dredging and clean up of concrete so it went relatively uneventful. The areas with our personal things were taped off with plastic. We were very pleased with the process.  And 2 years later still are glad we chose Rightway for the job. They weren't the cheapest nor the highest priced but we felt fair for the job. Plus there was no surprises or extra costs."

"The assistant, Mike, was excellent, very helpful, did a LOT of the work. 2 people for 4 hrs. Got a lot of gardening tips from Mike. Main garden looked lot better after they were through. Hate to say it but it seemed like the other man was on his smartphone a lot.

Angies List special $279 which was last year. Rovase head, Robert, prompt at emailing and honored the plan although it had expired almost a year ago!

Don't really know what is a good price for landscaping. Will do more research next time. 

Overall very happy with their work.
