Mobile Appliance Repair was my choice and I wasn't disappointed except for the fact that I will have to buy a new machine since the bearings are toast and any repair would not be worth it. ",Aurthur came to our home on the same day of call. He diagnosed the problem quickly, finding a ruptured hose attached to the drain pump housing. I should say that after going on the internet and checking for leaks in the same general area of that model machine, I suspected either a malfunctioning drain pump,broken pump housing, or burst hose. Well, according to several repair help videos on-line, they all outlined a complicated lengthy procedure to disassemble the top and front of the washing machine to access the part! I even had the video queued-up to show the repairman. Aurthur smiled acknowledging my input and said, "let me do a quick trouble shoot". He proceeded to pull the machine out, and thru an access panel on the rear found the broken hose, He left and got the part, returned, and made the repair replacing the hose. Mr. Few explained the repair process, was courteous, and  professional. The charge was very reasonable, and I will recommend his services to my family and friends. Thank you Aurthur.

Nicoh was not only exceptional with explaining what I needed to know about my fridge, he gave me multiple options to fix the problem and tried whatever he could to help save me money when making repairs while also not sacrificing quality. He then did the same for me with my stove and at this point I implicitly trust his judgment if I ever have appliance/repair questions. He puts care into his work and has made sure that I’m happy with the finished product! He looks out for my best interest and I don’t feel like I have to do additional research to make sure I’m not being taken advantage of. "Jimmy came out and was very personable. Spent 10 minutes looking at the job, and then promised a quote. I called back two weeks later and he mumbled something and promised a quote. Two weeks later and nothing. If you are too busy - just say so - don't string customers along so you have business down the road. My doorway is completely nonfunctional and I expressed a need for some speed. I really would far rather have written a review about the great work - but I am searching for a new contractor. It usually takes 4-10 weeks to get a custom door in, so now I am looking at January/February rather than December like we would have been talking if I had gotten some timely responses. I have no idea how good his work is - for those who eventually do get serviced it seems like it was acceptable. I do notice all the good reviews are WELL over a year old... he was actually a really nice guy. Hate writing these reviews - but I would hate it even more if I am waiting here because other people had the same experience and decided not to share... I think the "fair" rating of 3 is a early Christmas gift given my experience. Essentially - nothing has been done on my project for nearly six weeks while I waited for... nothing"
