"Call them. You can trust them. I've already posted a review for the refrigerator. When another company left me hanging last Christmas, G H came to the rescue. Where the other company told me I'd have to have a repair and left me hanging for over a week for parts that the company could never get, Cory from G H told me in 5 min. that a repair would not work. I had to get a new refrigerator, but I appreciated his speed and honesty. My dishwasher is now making a funny noise during part of the cycle, so I immediately called G H. Cory was scheduled with me again. This time we talked on the phone and I was able to describe more clearly what was happening, He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me that he could fix it, but it would take time to get a part and the repair would be more than just buying a new machine. Again, I appreciated his honesty and took his advice, so he never came to the house. I would rather deal with an honest person and pay whatever it costs (or doesn't). The next time I need an appliance worked on, G H will be my first call."

"I have finally found an appliance repair company that is not only great with diagnostics but extremely fair to customers. Gary was able to assess our issue realizing quickly that the actual expertise we needed for fixing our frig was not in his direct wheelhouse. What did he do? He provided another contact for us that was more geared to our needs! Who does that in 2023? This is a Vey honest, vet-owned businessman. He did not even charge us for the diagnosis-again, 2023? We appreciated his help so much I sent out his number to our neighborhood! The contact he provided did indeed identify the solution. "He did his best with my 30+ year-old washing machine. He moved it from the wall and tilted it in order to test out from the bottom of the machine whether or not it was a simple fix, but it was not to be. The engine was no longer functioning. After examining the machine for 45 minutes, he charged $75. He advised keeping the dryer unless I could get a deal on both washer and dryer. He also made recommendations on which brands to consider purchasing. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him."

"Jimmy came out and was very personable. Spent 10 minutes looking at the job, and then promised a quote. I called back two weeks later and he mumbled something and promised a quote. Two weeks later and nothing. If you are too busy - just say so - don't string customers along so you have business down the road. My doorway is completely nonfunctional and I expressed a need for some speed. I really would far rather have written a review about the great work - but I am searching for a new contractor. It usually takes 4-10 weeks to get a custom door in, so now I am looking at January/February rather than December like we would have been talking if I had gotten some timely responses. I have no idea how good his work is - for those who eventually do get serviced it seems like it was acceptable. I do notice all the good reviews are WELL over a year old... he was actually a really nice guy. Hate writing these reviews - but I would hate it even more if I am waiting here because other people had the same experience and decided not to share... I think the "fair" rating of 3 is a early Christmas gift given my experience. Essentially - nothing has been done on my project for nearly six weeks while I waited for... nothing"

"I was searching for a provider to fix a 5yr old dryer.  it was making a terrible banging noise, so I decided to seek help
Fewman Service and Repair called almost immediately after an email was sent through Angie's List. 
during the phone call, a time was set up for the provider to come the next day between 12-1 pm.  the provider actually showed up 5 minutes early.
once inside, he took the dryer apart, found the problem, called the parts store, picked up the part, came back immediately and replaced the part.  after putting the dryer back together, the dryer is working beautifully.
I would recommend Fewman Service and Repair to anyone needing a major appliance repair.  I will definitely call again, if anything were to go wrong.
