Showed up the next day at 9:30 took about 1.5 hours to change out the water heater. Work done was adequate but could be neater in my opinion. Obviously the more of these you do in a day the more money the company makes but the techs should be given adequate time to do an A1 job if that is your name. There is a difference between an installer and a craftsman."

The man who found the turn off valve asked about my water heater. Where was it. He decided that the updated code required a tank to be installed above the water heater.
