The job required research, creativity and planning since it is 45 year old house that was never meant to have air conditioning. Their sales rep, Kurt, is experienced as an installer and was definitely more knowledgeable than anyone from the other companies we received estimates from. His game plan made the most sense and was reasonably priced. In fact he was the only one who did not try to sell me on a new furnace and explained that my current furnace should last several more years versus the competition which was insisting that I'd be better off buying a new furnace since my current furnace was about 14 years old (Kurt added that the current furnace could be repaired if it did start giving me problems). Kurt came the day of installation to show the lead technician, Mark, how he envisioned the install to go. That made me feel good to know that the installer wasn't going to be improvising. Mark led a crew that came on time, confirmed the plans would work, and did the installation. They overcame a lot of hurdles including a small furnace closet, limited space for a condenser on the side of the house and attic access challenges. The job was finished ahead of schedule. Mark explained the system to me, and the house was left very clean. I highly recommend Carini, Kurt, and Mark as the lead technician."
