"First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good. <br /> <br /> I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family. <br /> <br /> I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her."

"We had another plumber come out (also highly rated on Angie's list) and recommended replacing the filter (~$400 and he was about 99% sure that was the problem). Fortunately we had Liberty come out for an estimate also. Liberty sent out Steven and he was amazing! He did some troubleshooting (which the other plumber didn't do much of) and found out that our water heater nipples were plugged. Only $125 (and an additional 10% off Angie's list) and it fixed the problem! We have already had Steve come out to fix our AC and now need him to come back again for the kitchen faucet. Highly recommend Liberty (esp Steve!)- great prices, honest service!"

"We had a 20 year old bathtub fixture that leaked and we wanted to replace it with a new fixture that included a handheld shower diverter. The problem was that the home builder had enclosed the built-in tub in a raised platform that had tile on the top and sides, and they had not created an access panel. The only way to get at the plumbing without cutting through the tile was to cut a hole in the adjacent wall in our bedroom and crawl in under the tub platform. The plumbers said they could do this, and they included cutting the drywall in their bid. They cut open a small hole in the wall and crawled in to access the plumbing, which was several feet in. They did an excellent job replacing our tub fixture, and we are very happy with the results. The piece of drywall they cut out, to gain access, was nice and rectangular, and I was able to re-use it to make a new access panel, simply by putting a wooden frame around it. So I did not need to call a drywall person to repair the opening they made. They also replaced a toilet for us. A few years ago they did a lot of faucet and shutoff valve replacements throughout the house, and the work was excellent and reasonably priced. That&#39;s why we called them again for our current work."

"When I first talked to Al he walked me through some items to see if I could do the repair myself. Once we figured out the level of the repair needed he immediately came over the next morning. By noon that day he had replaced my water heater, brought it up to code and charged a very fair amount. He also removed lines and capped them that were no longer in use that was not related to the water heater replacement. Al is old school and I very much appreciated his honesty as well as trying to work through the problem. Two other companies, they remain anonymous but both are on TV, came out and didn't look at the water repair heater to repair but just gave me an extremely high cost to replace.
