"I booked a cleaning for my AC in preparation for summer (clean coils, vacuum out, check wires) the appoint window was 8am-12pm , they came at 130pm. During the process the cleaning foam to clean the coils (degrease them) malfunctioned. The driver had no back up and blamed it on warehouse not allowing him to order what he needed to keep his vehicle stocked. After spraying it off with water he attempted to put it back together and complete the job as is. I asked him what about all of the sludge (pic below) at the bottom and he said he would get it if I wanted him too. REALLY!? The job is simple cleaning the AC unit. All he was going to do was spray it with water and put it back together. This outer pics it's how he left it and apologized for not being able to do a complete job, then in the next sentence asked for payment. What a joke. Didn't even bother to reschedule or correct the problem. I contacted the office and gave them a chance (a day) to at least reach out and speak with me abo"

"My AC system stopped working in the middle of the heat. I called Matson Mechanical and they came out and checked the system and had diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They left and about an hour later they had returned and repaired the system. They came out early the next day after I had called them. Repair cost was amazing and they didn?t try to sell me in anything I didn?t need. Considering it was an emergency, the pricing was affordable. Customer service was good. The tech got straight to work and had already check out the unit and diagnosed it fairly quickly. "

"Jeff has come to the rescue twice to my new build home. He came the first time in the middle of summer when the a/c would start up. It was just the fan running. He was able to repair the unit same day. Recently, the same thing happened but with our heater. The burners were not lighting up. Apparently the builders never put the cover on and they got clogged with dust and debris. He was able to get our heater working and cannot be more thankful. He was able to fix a couple of things in the attic that the builder just slapped on. I’m sure this system will not stand the test of time, especially here in Vacaville so I’ll trust New age when it’s time to replace this system"
