"Bernard called us and then came to our house with all needed parts and repaired our dryer all in the same day. The repair cost was very reasonable and probably saved us about $1,000 in replacement cost. I highly recommend BK Appliance and am so glad to have such a great appliance repair service to rely on for future work."

"They came out quickly during an A/C emergency on a very hot day and fixed it up immediately for a reasonable price given the urgency. I would recommend Chambers again in a heartbeat and will be working with them for a quote on improvement work to prevent future issues!"

"Had a central air system installed on 8/2/21 by Marcin and his 2 associates. Great job, good people to deal with. I recommend this company. Lauri Pekkala"

"My central air system went down in the middle of a heat wave and virtually every HVAC repair service that I called told me that they weren t taking new clients and couldn t help me. I contacted Chris through home advisor and he agreed to help me out. He promptly came to my house, identified my problem, and ordered parts. When the parts arrived he immediately came back and installed them and I was up and running. Chris identified and fixed my problem and the entire process took only 2 days. On top of that, the price was more than reasonable and Chris is a super nice guy. I highly recommend Chris because he is a skilled and professional technician."

"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"I hired them for a plumbing project worth $2,500 (that option wasn’t available in the dropdown list), and the experience was excellent. From the front desk to the plumbers, everyone responded promptly and professionally. I had the chance to interact with several crew members, and each one showed genuine care and a strong commitment to customer service. The plumbing team did a great job—I would highly recommend them."
