Was very polite and keep me appraised of what was going on, and what needed to be done. Also even cleaned up the work area when he finished. Costs for labor, and work were fair."

"Was the fastest technician to show up to the house to fix it. He found the trouble straight away and repaired. It went and fetched apart to replace that with a new part and topped off our system. Though a service call is not free like some of the others the $75 service call fee if you do the repairs was waived. Capacitor replacement in the outside unit and a pound and a half of Freon. Our service fee was less than $200. I have had tech technicians charging me more than $200 just to replace the cap. And over $300 to top off the Freon. This company is now my favorite!"
