He put a temporary clamp on the pipe to stop the leak and came back four days later to replace the pipe. He was very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done. Thank you Jeremy U. "The service is excellent. They are consistent about calling and scheduling. They are always on time and they do really good work. I would recommend them. They put a gas furnace in for me in 1997 and I have used them for at least 15 years. They are prompt and reliable and I have had them out for other small jobs such as putting in a gas line for a stove in the past. They put in an energy efficient air conditioning unit in 2010."

"The technician showed up on time (10 minutes or so early, actually), which I really appreciated. After showing him what exactly was wrong, I asked for his recommendation on how to run the pipe for the hose connection. He explained why he made the recommendation that he did and then immediately got working.  <br /> He was smart about the order in which he did the tasks. First thing he did was drain the water heater (after shutting off the power to it) and while we waited for that to drain, he got to cutting and cleaning the pipe for the hose connection. I didn't feel like he was ever sitting around milking the clock. <br /> I asked if he could supply me with a new spigot for outside the house since ours was quite old. This wasn't something I had initially asked for, but he had one on his truck and was able to grant my request.  <br /> The entire time he was very professional and explained everything he did and why he did it.  <br /> I would (and probably will) hire Senninger Plumbing in the future without hesitation. <br />"

"I first want to start by saying I had used Jarboe's for 2 years prior to this and have never had a complaint about service.  Prices were always a touch on the high side, but the great service made up for it. <br /> This company is NOT Jarboe's and should not even be listed on here as Jarboe's/True Home.  Basically whoever True Home is, bought out Jarboe's and paid for their years of great service and reviews.  Now, normally this would be all good and well if they kept on doing the same.  But the prices have gone up and quality and service have gone down. <br /> Don't be fooled by all of the reviews on here about how great this company is.  They all refer to Jarboe's BEFORE it was bought out by True Home.  I strongly recommend staying away from this company and I will not use them again in the future.  The fact that they still have all of the reviews from when they were actually Jarboe's is very misleading and I'm quite disappointed. <br /> As far as my service went - called on Tuesday 1/7 at about 5:30 PM.  Asked if somebody could come out that evening as there was water gushing into my basement.  They said the earliest they could come was the following afternoon...okay.  Show up next afternoon, spend 20 minutes looking at the pipes and say we can fix it for $400, but not until Monday 1/13, and by the way that'll be $79.  They showed up today, 1/13 and fixed the pipes nearly a week later. <br /> The scheduling and service were comparable to a Craigslist plumber who would have charged $150 or less for this work.  Unfortunately they will continue getting business based off of the great service that the previous owners provided.  My hope is that at least somebody reads this and avoids the very misleading information. <br /> Just look at recent reviews - they're all junk for a reason, this company is now junk.  It is just going to take a long time for all of the bad reviews to start catching up with them. <br />"

"At first the job seemed well done, and although a little pricier than we would have liked, we were pleased with it overall. Then noticed the flooring in the bathroom was wet. We thought that it was where the toilet had been set while work was being done, and thought nothing of it. Then the floor kept getting wetter. Upon opening the cabinet underneath the bathroom sink, found it filled with water - the work performed on the pipes had popped loose the drain connection and water was flowing from the drain into the cabinet for 3 days. So the majority of the water from the drain was ending up in the cabinet beneath the bathroom sink. We did some emergency repair over the weekend, and called WH first thing Monday morning.  <br /> The owner came out to look at the problem and the damage (including a warped floor). Said they had nothing to do with the problem, even going so far as denying that some of the work performed was done by their people. In essence called us liars. Refused to do anything to make up for their damage. <br /> <br /> <strong>**Update after reading the service provider's response of 5-19-15: </strong> <br /> <br /> We clearly explained to everyone we spoke with at Whitehead Hancock that we were doing a bathroom remodel, and that was why we contracted with them to replace the pipes. <br /> <br /> Had Whitehead Hancock come to check out the damage with an open mind, they would have found that replacing 4 small floorboards and an hour of their time would have kept us as a customer, and their reputation unblemished."

"He's been great. I've used him for probably ten years. He seems to be very efficient and very quick. He is thorough and shows up when he says he will. I haven't compared his prices lately. I did have some plumbers in the past that were cheaper but that was a long time again. I will use him again."
