"I called someother providers but they couldn't help me. So I called Housewarmings back again several weeks later to schedule a cleaning and confirm their price. And again I told they would get back to me. When they called, they gave me a totally different price. The technician did come as scheduled and did a wonderful price. However, when I saw their invoice it was for a price that was totally different (higher) than the prices they quoted me. The technician looked at it and told me the price was incorrect and charged me a reduced price which was the same as the price quoted to me the second time I had called. They're a good company, but keep track of the prices they quote you."
