I felt they did a wonderful job, have a great product, and fair pricing. I have only had to use the warranty once, and that was just for a screen that had a small hole. "I purchase a Front Entry door for $9600 5 years ago. It is a really nice-looking, full-fiberglass door with sidelights and a transom. this past winter, the lower corner of the door froze to the jamb and when we opened the door it ripped the corner of the door. This is an expensive door with a limited-lifteime warranty and the salesman touted that it would last 50 years or more. The door and sidelights slabs are warranted for life. The finish is warranted for 10 years. which is also fading in spots. Initially, Their customer service did not want to do anything about it so I filled a complaint with the BBB on a Friday. Wouldn't you know it, they called on Monday and said they would meet this Thursday about getting a solution figured out. Well it took about 4 weeks, but they finally got a "solution." They wanted to charge $1700 for a new slab or $200 to glue the corner back on and touch it up. I told them I would fix it myself and wash my hand with the matter and their company. Now because they responded to the BBB Complaint and took so long to get the "solution" the BBB closed my case satisfactorily. BUt don't be fooled. These guys are crooks. They are overpriced and provide lack-luster customer service. Do your future self a favor and find someone else to hire."
