"I was so happy with Mr. Duct service! From the first contact person I talked with to the person who performed the cleaning at the house, everyone provided excellent customer service and did a wonderful job cleaning the ducts. I will certainly use this service again. Thank you for all you did for us. "

"I had a great experience with their HVAC services. They repaired my electrical baseboard heater quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They also installed our new central A/C system smoothly with no issues at all. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the pricing was fair. Highly satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them for any heating or cooling needs."

"Yearly maintenance on our A/C. Hard working tech who did his best to work on getting things clean and colder. I would recommend them for a good company who you can trust to do the best possible job they can in trying to help meet the customers needs. Their excellent reviews are accurate and I feel like we received good service for what we spent."

"Went okay. Based on some of my past tuneups, I felt like the tech could have done a little more. For example, tech had no vacuum to clean the bottom of inside the furnace. I am not sure he did any cleaning of the INSIDE of my central air unit either, but he did a great job using the hose to clean the side vents, etc., with the garden hose. Also not sure if he ever used that device with the hoses and gauge usually used to check pressure or is it Freon? For $89.95 for each (central air and furnace), I expect a super thorough job. I can’t get around these tuneups or I will void my warranty. I want to feel uber confident I am getting my moneys worth. Tech was super nice and very professional!"

"Friendly reliable owners and staff. Work was completed when scheduled and professionally. New AC was installed with furnace. Since it was cold out, I was assured They will check outside condenser unit in the spring. Comforting to work with a good company."

"This is the place to go - all others told me I would have to pay at least $2,800 for a new compressor or up to $4,000 to get a new unit, all just to get my A/C working. Carlos took a few quick looks and sized this up at about $290 for some minor tweaking. Saved the day."

"The service was well done and thorough! Air is running nice and cool. Thanks a million!"

"An emergency repair during a cold winter day, quick response, reasonable price, good service! Will contact this service again ."

"They did a great job. They arrived on time for both appointments. They were pleasant, helpful and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs furnace repairs or replacement."

"Keith gave us a great quote on replacement of our furnace, A/C, humidifier and water heater. Pointed out a few things that were overlooked by us and the other companies quoting. He and Jimmy came and did the install shortly thereafter in exactly the timeframe promised. All things being pretty equal as far as equipment costs go, it was the over all value that Premier Comfort offered, such as the service and labor warranties that really sold us. We're very happy with the Lennox equipment and the way it was installed. Will definitely recommend!"
