Most companies would just call it normal conditions, and run. Not Carlos. He called the manufacturer and went to bat for me. "I discovered that our A/C unit was not cooling properly.  On 7/5, I contacted All Temp and scheduled a service/ diagnostic appointment for 7/6.  The office staff was friendly and efficient.  Mike B. arrived within the appointment window and promptly inspected the unit.  He discovered that the contactor was bad and replaced it.  After replacing the part, Mike tested the pressure and temperature and confirmed everything was working properly.  Mike took the time to provide some helpful advice for keeping the unit operating at it's peak.  The entire appointment lasted approx. 30 minutes.  I have used All Temp in the past and would recommend them to friends and family.  In my experience, they have been honest, reliable and efficient.  I've never felt that a technician was trying to "sell me something."  A++ Rating.  *Only note is that I was expecting a call prior to technician arrival, but that's no big deal in my book! <br> <br>"
