"I had a gas furnace, A/C and thermostat installed. I went through a long process deciding who to hire. After checking credentials, reviews, testimonials and interviewing four contractors, I chose Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning. Adam came out and explained everything from load calculations to the install process. The technicians were professional, courteous and polite. They wore shoe covers, put down tarp and worked diligently until the job was complete. They did a thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Brandon Heating and Air."

"Keith and his guys were great. He gave me a great price on a new Trane furnace and AC unit. For the price I would've expected a pretty basic install job. From what I can tell, Keith doesn't do basic work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly in the best way possible. He put the furnace on a base to make it run more efficiently. He put in a new cold air return. Included a WIFI touchscreen thermostat. Included a new humidifier for comfort. Sealed off everything, cleaned up after the job and walked me through the whole system. They could have done the bare minimum and I still would've been satistifed, as I got a great system for a great price. I'll definitely be calling Keith in the future."

"MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. "It took some time for them to respond to my initial message.  However, I was able to schedule a time for a quote within a week or so of Jason calling me back.  
Two workers showed up on time and I agreed to have them do some of the work that day because they were already at the house and available.  They were to provide a quote for the remaining items subsequently.
They were very professional and personable.  They also took care to clean up after themselves when finished.  I was happy with the quality of the work and their ability to quickly finish.  
I provided a C rating because the ensuing lapse of communication regarding my invoice and additional items that were to be quoted is severely lacking.  I have now emailed both emails provided for this company and left a voicemail with no reply.  It has now been 6 weeks since the original service was performed and I still haven't received my invoice or quote even though I provided payment on the day of the service for the work performed.  I shouldn't have to continually call and harass the provider to receive my invoice.  This is unacceptable.  
I was likely going to use this provider for additional work, but now my business will go elsewhere.  Very disappointing.

"New Image has serviced my furnace and central air conditioning unit for two years. Very reliable. 


The technician Nick, was on time and very polite and professional.  He asked me if I had any problems with my furnace.  I told him about a problem with the humidifier.  He told me of a simple fix for the problem. I was very grateful. He did not try and sell me something I really did not need. I appreciate his honesty. 


Nick checked my central air unit and told me everything was fine. 


I will continue to use New Image because of the great customer service I have experienced from those I talk to in the office and the technicians that come to my home."
