"One of my toilets was stopped up and I could not clear it with a plunger. I called two other companies advertising emergency repairs. Both were not available for at least 24 hours. Roto Rooter answered their phone and I had a technician at the house in two hours. The problem was fixed with a snake used to clear the plug. Technician was polite, professional and efficient. Roto's price was at he high end of companies contacted but worth a couple of bucks to clear the problem."
