"On September 18, 2025 My husband and I had our furnace replaced by Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air. They did such an amazing job, very professional and organized like a well oiled machine. Justin and Andrew were our installers and we would recommend them to anyone. They were so thorough and explained everything they did and installed a new thermostat and showed us how to operate it. Two weeks later the electrician Spencer came out and installed a surge protector onto the furnace and showed us how to operate it. We would recommend Spencer to anyone also. We would also like to thank the entire team at Neighborhood plumbing, heating and air including the young ladies that make all the phone calls."

"My 20-year-old split AC system died in June 2020, right before a month of intense heat and humidity. I called several AC companies but they said they would not work in an attic in such heat. Another highly-rated AC firm recommended I call Stafford, one of the few companies that will do this work in summer. Stafford came out and looked at the situation and sent me an estimate the same day. It was considerably less than the estimate another firm had given me over the phone, and with the detail I wanted. I accepted the bid and they gave me a July date for replacement, making clear that if it was extremely hot the work might be delayed. Crews came on the agreed date and worked hard inside and out for almost three days to replace the old system. In this age of COVID 19 they wore masks in the house and clean-up at the end of the day was excellent. My new system works like a dream. If I need work again on my AC or boiler, I know who I will call. These guys were outstanding."

"Lonn arrived on time. He explained everything he was going to do, and verified the price for the water heater and city permit. He laid tarps down to protect our carpeted floor and stairs, and cleaned up after he was done. He also noticed that some of our pipe ceiling hooks/hangers were broken and he replaced those. They took the old water heater away the same day."

Replaced timing belt and other belts, did not charge extra labor for each replacement (like bobbi and steves quote, which was over a thousand more since they charged me labor for everything!). Since they were already replacing the timing belt also replaced the water pump and other belts. They gave me a couple options for replacements with different prices, one being a standard kit vs just the belt itself. They seemed up front the whole time and did not charge me any extra. Also did a nice job getting me a used Toyota cd player/radio, they charged me labor to see why my radio was not working and then installed it. <br /> Overall they provide a good service and and are good to work with. Seem honest, everything they fixed is working great. NO complaints. <br /> <br />"

"Working with Eric and his crew was a pleasure. Not only did his bid come under several others, he took the time to educate us and explain the options we had to choose from. He was even able to work in a last minute water heater replacement as ours failed the a few days before the project was to begin.He includes a budget for tile in his estimate and gives you suggestions of how to stay within it and where we might get a bigger bang for our buck to splurge a little. <br /> The work started on a monday and was almost completely finished by friday. His crew were very professional and did not make a mess in the house. They did more than we expected, as we didn't expect to have to replace the insulation and one of the crew took the time to take the squeaks out of our bathroom floor. We weren't sure that the wainscoating would survive the removal (and Eric was upfront about that) but they did a great job of reinstalling it. There was a small hiccup the first day - while the water heater was replaced, a wire got knocked loose in the furnace (not a surprise, given that we have the worlds smallest laundry room and the previous owners were a bit creative with their electrical). This also meant that the AC wasn't working on a very hot June day. After we notified him of the issue, Eric quickly came back and repaired the wire. <br /> Criticisms: It would have been nice if they can put a tarp or drop cloth down outside when they were cutting the tile. A while later I was working in the garden by the place they did the cutting and found several sharp shards of tile. But that's a minor issue, considering how much debris was taken out of the house without incident. <br /> We are very happy with the work and plan to hire him and his crew again for the next applicable project. <br />"

"Nate is the best! We had a copper pipe leak, and Nate was able to be here within a couple of hours. He relaxed the copper section and installed a shut-off valve. I bought a custom-ordered Koehler toilet from Home Depot (never again. I then scheduled Nate to install. Short story: the toilet bowl was broken, and it would take Home Depot weeks to get get a new one. Nate called Ferguson in Plymouth — they had the same model. Nate picked it up and we had a new toilet in :45 minutes!"

"Incredible how much lighter it was in the house after everything was cleaned!  The north side of the house went from dingy to a bright white after the power washing.  Amazing difference.  Appreciated that there was no residual mess either in the house or in the yard after the work was done.  We plan to have WOH back in a year to do it all again."
