I had a motor and belt go on an older washing machine, Josue's recommendation (after adding up costs) was to consider purchasing a new one because the costs were higher than half of what it would cost to buy new. "They worked out well. I think they did a good job. I had to kinda chase them down to get them to come out. That’s the only negative. Once he committed to a date and a time, he was there and he was on time and did what he needed to do. To my knowledge, the repair had worked but we haven’t really had heavy rainstorms since the service so I really don’t know."

 I had a list of items that needed tending to that I never knew how to fix myself or who to call to fix them.  Derek came in and zipped through my list and fixed them beyond expectations.  He was prompt and personable; a meticulous worker who takes pride in his work ensuring things were done right.
