"Pest Management technician Jermaine Holmes came to my house on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at the scheduled time to deal with an infestation of mice and carpenter ants. He was very thorough, both inside the house, including the basement and the attached garage, and all around the house's exterior. When he finished, he told me these pests should be gone within 24 hours. He was right; they were gone. I waited three days, however, to make sure the mice and ants were truly gone before writing this review today, August 10. They are indeed truly gone, and I'm most grateful to Mr. Holmes and to Pest Management for their efficiency and their professionalism. "I would say they are very expensive. They just keep coming back for more money. So I am not going to use them this year. I have used them for many years but I am getting a little tired of their shenanigans. I will say that they are attentive and they do the job. Basically as far as I can see they are the only people around that do moles so they can charge what they want to and that's not fair. The point is that they come to do something and they will follow up for a month, and you have to re up again. Every time I have to pay them $300 and I am getting tired of this. It just depends on what they are doing. If it is moles it is a continual payments through the summer. Thats where I get a little stingy after awhile. There are a little things you can do on your own to stick in the mole tunnel and it is the same thing the man comes her to do. You can try it. So we are going to try that route, and see if we can do it on our own. For price I am going to give them a low value because I think they are too expensive. They are just taking advantage of being the only kid on the block. Service has to be really good to give people an A. I would not use them again. It is always the same guy, just one person. <br /> <br /> If you knew anything about trying to kill moles you can put something in a mole tunnel and it will kill the mole right there because it is usually one mole that reeks havoc. But then there is another one to take his place and he comes from the woods and starts reeking havoc on your lawn. So this guy comes and checks every now and then to see whats going on."

"They do a good job as we don't have anymore pest around. I like that they are always there on the job when they are suppose to be. They charged me an initial charge of $150 and I now pay a monthly fee."

"Pat came and thoroughly examined the entire attic and also walked around the house to see where an animal might find entry. He spotted a hole a squirrel had made under a soffit and found a partial nest inside the attic(!). He returned daily until he ultimately trapped and removed the squirrel (humanely), drove it many miles away and released it into woods. He sealed the hole and returned again several times to be sure there was no recurrence. The whole process took a week during which he checked each morning before we were even awake. I wish every service we needed had a Pat, and would call him again without hesitation."

They are very responsive (many times coming out the same day or early the following day) and between their demeanor on the phone to their service men, they've always been kind and customer oriented. They are similar priced to others that do pest control but in my experience you get better customer service with Ace."
