"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). "The sink had very thick and longtime build-up that was mostly clogging a big section of pipe and not able to be opened with a "snake". Several feet of pipe had to be removed and replaced. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after."

"The crew were very professional and polite. They were extremely quick in getting our sewer issue resolved if it meant working in the rain. It only took a day and a half to diagnose our sewer backup, dig a trench in the front yard, lay new PVC in place of the old damaged and root plugged clay pipe and pipe bursting with new HDPE pipe to replace the rusted out cast iron pipe underneath the house. This included on the second full day working till 9:00 PM in a mud pit in the rain to get new sewer line installed. I was admired by their dedication even when they were running into issues. When the issues arose they increased the crew size to guarantee the project was finish that day. There were also cheaper than the other quotes we received for replacing the line from under our house to our driveway near the street. I will defiantly use them again."

"We had gotten other estimates, one very low, and one very high.  Both told us we needed to replace the old clay pipes 10 feet out from the house and beneath the house.  After they left, we tried to get back in touch with them to see how they knew to go just 10 feet out and why with the original pipe from 1941 would we not replace it all while we were digging up the yard.  Neither returned our call.  Both left estimates without any details except that if we wanted a camera inspection it would cost $250.  I did not feel good about this so signed up for A.List and examined all.  Chose this company.  They came out to give an est. and the first thing he did was to bring a camera from the truck and put it through the pipe.  He had a screen for us to look at.  It was quite clear and showed so much damage to the pipes way beyond 10 feet.  It definitely needed replacing all the way to the hook up.  Their est. was detailed and fair.  We knew exactly what we were paying for down to the lime he had to put in the crawl space where a leak was.  He explained it all.
We felt confident after the est. that he would do what needed to be done, be fair and because of the leak, he worked us in within the week.  After the job, our yard was returned to as normal as possible and we were very pleased.  I would definitely call this company and recommend them without hesitation.
