"Nelson Masonry did a fantastic job replacing the surface of three landings and steps leading to two of those landings. "It was a little slow at first because it's the busy season, but Diego and his crew came all the way through. I requested quotes from three other companies and they all came out to be outrageous; I knew they were outrageous because this isn't the first house I've needed landscaping at. To fight the nonsense, I learned a landscaping estimator tool in a few nights and got a reasonable estimate down to the gas surcharge; it's pretty precise. I sent the quote to Vida and they accepted it. I paid the customary 50% down and the work was done relatively quickly. Diego and the entire crew at Vida were easy to get ahold of and I have already recommended them to my nosey neighbors. I did have one problem during my job and it was just an error the nursery made when pulling the plants. They switched six Sweet Bay Magnolias for six Sweet Gem Magnolias. Diego had the crew out the very next day to correct the problem. I wholeheartedly believe you can measure a company by how they handle things when they go wrong—because they inevitably will one way or another. Vida measures in the excellent category"
