The service technician, Tim was punctual, professional and a diligent worker. He took care of both units, installed an air scrubber and leveled our outside unit. Great service technician and very knowledgeable. We continue to be very pleased with the service Holtzople provides for their products."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Technician was 20 minutes late, outside of the 3 hour window. Was very unprofessional and asked me at least 3 times why he was here. I explained that a clogged dryer vent is a fire hazard and with a baby in the house I was trying to be safe. He said "Well, how do you know it is even clogged?" I said, I didn't know, but again was trying to protect my family. My husband then had to help him even find the dryer vent, move everything out of the washer/dryer closet and lastly the technician did not clean the vent from the outside, but marked it on our invoice. Will not use this company ever again and would not recommend. UPDATED AS OF 07/14/2020: This is an update to my 7/1/20 review. Almost two weeks later, after calling everyday and writing reviews on here and Facebook, another technician was sent out to correct the job from 7/1. The only reason this happened was because of Kiara, the Customer Service Rep for the company. She is the only person who truly seemed to care that I was unhappy with the service. I even spoke to the Manager who stated he would call me back and never did. Kiara worked to get a different technician out, who cleaned the vents from the outside, like what should've been done in the first place. He was able to remove lint and show up that the air was flowing properly. The previous technician (Nick) did not do either and was worthless. Unfortunately, I would still not recommend this company nor will I use them in the future. It should not have taken so much effort on my part, nor time to get this issue corrected."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."
