"We had 11 windows installed in September and it was the best experience we've ever had with contractors. The installation came during a horrible fire season where the air quality was rated hazardous. Dawn, the Project Manager, was in touch with us immediately to reschedule until the air quality was acceptable again. We so appreciated the precautions the company took to protect us and the installation crew during this time and especially with the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing. The installers Ryan B and Brandon G were awesome. They were professional, considerate and their work was excellent. They did a better clean up than we would have done. Plus they were upbeat and developed a great rapport with us. We love the new windows. They are beautiful energy efficient windows. From the first meeting we had with Tyler, the Design Consultant, with Tyler the guy who took all the measurements and specs for the windows, to Dawn the Project Manager who kept us informed and answered our questions, to the installation process with Ryan and Brandon, this was the best experience we have ever had. Thank you for making an excellent product and for your excellent customer service. We can't say enough good things about Renewal by Andersen window replacement."

"The project was essentially a remodel of a circa 1950's beach cabin with a small addition. We chose Baker and Son on the recommendation of our neighbor who had used them to build a detached garage. Our plans were relatively simple at first: build the addition, expand the kitchen, build a new bathroom and create a new entry. As work was underway, it became clear through the advice of Baker and Son that our kitchen was too big and out of scale for the cabin. We ended up eliminating some walls and opening up the cabin in such a way that created one large room but still a separate kitchen, dining and living. It was a huge improvement to the original design. In addition to the interior work, Baker and Son completely overhauled the exterior which included new windows and siding. New structural headers were required because they didn't exist. Also, since the cabin is post and pier construction, they leveled and strengthen the existing structure. Work included new skirting as well. Their attention to detail was very impressive. They are masters at creative problem solving, patient, responsive and positive. They have a very strong sense of design. We were never pressured into quick decisions. The contract arrangement for our project was essentially time and material because formulating a bid on an old cabin remodel would involve too many unknowns. We agreed to a fair hourly rate and all material and subcontracted work we paid directly with no additional overhead or fee. This saved us money. Since we lived out of town, Baker and Son were so well connected with various vendors and subcontractors, it simplified making arrangements. Now that our project is complete, we are so excited about the end result! We would highly recommend using Baker and Son Construction for any project."

"We had all of the windows on our house replaced as well as a new front door and slider installed. They also replaced all of our casing and trim. Working with All Season Windows was great! The windows are wonderful and installation was quick considering it was 20 windows and 2 doors. They kept our home clean and We have noticed such a huge difference already. We love our new windows and will definitely be using All Season Windows again in the future when we need new siding!!!"

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I wish I hadn't picked Interlock and cannot recommend to others. Further research shows issues with leaking ridge vents. It started when I entered my attic after the installation to find glaring gaps under a poorly installed ridge cap/vent. Repaired, but I can still see daylight (where bugs and rain can enter) between my vent and the aluminum shingles. I asked installer to follow the Quarrix Ridge Vent installation instructions for sealing and fastener spacing and received a waiver of the lifetime warranty (if they followed the specs). Imagine that!? What's more, I found my kitchen had been venting into my attic for a year until I noticed they roofed over that vent. It's now fixed, but how many customers look for these things? (Shouldn't have to). Finally, solar panels are now skewed since my aluminum shingle rows "disappear" (not straight). It only takes the snap of a chalk line to ensure rows are straight and equally spaced. Lots of excuses for a "premium roof". Unhappy"
