"The Plumbing Authority did a big job for me a few years ago. They basically re-plumbed my whole house. They replaced part of my main drain, and ran new supply lines from the meter to the house, and then to every fixture in my house. Took the better part of a week. Fast forward 3 years. I had a small issue with my plumbing. Nothing serious, but it was annoying. I called the company to ask about it, and the owner himself came out the same day and took care of it, at no charge. If that isn't good service, I don't know what is. Highly recommend!!!"

"Robert answered my call at almost 6 pm Tuesday, and showed up at 8 am Wednesday, having already called the TN call before you dig crews. Despite numerous difficulties due to multiple utilities terminating in close proximity, rock hard ground having to be hand-dug, and the phone line markings being significantly off , the line was replaced and our water restored that same afternoon, Through it all, Robert kept me informed, and was courteous and professional."

"Replaced trap and added a vent to Kitchen sink drain replaced and added a vent. Replaced 2 faucets in bathroom. Replaced drain and cleared drain for slow drain shower. He visited to evaluate promptly when I called. Showed up when he said he would. Stayed within the budget we agreed to. I would recommend Jim."
