He was very pleasant BUT it cost $200.00. That's after I begged to lower price. Repairs are so out of control costly. I'm on a very fixed budget"

The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"
