"Wow!! We were so lucky to find The Drain Company on a Saturday afternoon. We discovered that our main drain was clogged up and needed to be cleaned. We were unable to use any of the toilets or run the water as it would back up in the bathtubs. We called several plumbing companies. We had a horrible experience with Mike Diamond (a report on that company has been submitted), then the Drain Company called back. We explained the problem in detail and were quoted $90. Two plumbers came out within the hour, cleaned out the drain, and were on their way. The owner, Star Tomlinson, called us twice, the first time to make sure that the plumbers arrived and the second time to check that the job was done well. Star is top notch and it is small, honest businesses like hers that should be supported!! Her card reads, "We clean your drains, not your pockets". We could not have happier with the job well done!!"

"We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our house as we knew we had problems with the insulation and windows. My wife called several companies and after her research, we decided to hire SES builders to do an energy audit so we better understand what we can do to to make it better. When we got the results, we met with SES builder’s project manager Eli so we will go over the needed work so the house will be more efficient. We were fascinated with the knowledge and the fact that we didn’t got pressured by him to do anything. This was the reason why we decided to hire them for the work which included: New insulation at the attic, exterior special paint, upgrade our electrical panel and replacing all the windows. Eli made sure to keep us informed about the progress of the work, his team were able to handle all the issues that came up and were very professional and efficient by making sure that everything will go smoothly. We were so impressed with the work that we decided to let them take care of the back yard and to do the landscape for us and we must state that it also came out gorgeous! We want to thank Eli for his great service during this remodeling project. "We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"I needed rain gutters checked/cleaned and evaluation of recurrent leak on flat part of roof.  
 I received prompt call back and estimate meeting, and work was done within a wk or so (before the rain!).   I went onto the roof   with Mr. Thomas  to best understand his evaluation and plan. He gave me options as to how   to proceed which I appreciated.
With all the work done, however, I feel confident in the roof for sometime!!!!     
  It is a family company with high professionalism, good communication, and it was a pleasure having them work at our home.  I won't hesitate to call on them when other services needed   (such as painting, etc).
