"Wow!! We were so lucky to find The Drain Company on a Saturday afternoon. We discovered that our main drain was clogged up and needed to be cleaned. We were unable to use any of the toilets or run the water as it would back up in the bathtubs. We called several plumbing companies. We had a horrible experience with Mike Diamond (a report on that company has been submitted), then the Drain Company called back. We explained the problem in detail and were quoted $90. Two plumbers came out within the hour, cleaned out the drain, and were on their way. The owner, Star Tomlinson, called us twice, the first time to make sure that the plumbers arrived and the second time to check that the job was done well. Star is top notch and it is small, honest businesses like hers that should be supported!! Her card reads, "We clean your drains, not your pockets". We could not have happier with the job well done!!"

"We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our house as we knew we had problems with the insulation and windows. My wife called several companies and after her research, we decided to hire SES builders to do an energy audit so we better understand what we can do to to make it better. When we got the results, we met with SES builder’s project manager Eli so we will go over the needed work so the house will be more efficient. We were fascinated with the knowledge and the fact that we didn’t got pressured by him to do anything. This was the reason why we decided to hire them for the work which included: New insulation at the attic, exterior special paint, upgrade our electrical panel and replacing all the windows. Eli made sure to keep us informed about the progress of the work, his team were able to handle all the issues that came up and were very professional and efficient by making sure that everything will go smoothly. We were so impressed with the work that we decided to let them take care of the back yard and to do the landscape for us and we must state that it also came out gorgeous! "Our home just had its 31st birthday and like so many others of that age group, it always needs some R&R (that's Repair and Replacement).  It also requires a construction crew that knows how to handle the R&R tasks at hand.Every so often, you will find a contractor that not only makes the repairs and replacements but exceeds your expectations in every way.  Just such and event occurred here last week.  We had called for our customary 3 contractor bids and decided on "Patios By B & B" because they understood what we wanted and had great ideas to make it even better.  The Elite-Wood patio cover design we decided on is a simple and elegant aluminum lattice cover that is lighter but much more attractive and durable than the wood cover it replaced.We set a date with Jeff and one week later the build crew arrived on time and carefully demolished the old cover and built the headers and foundation for the lattice Elite-Wood patio cover.  At the end of the day, they did an immaculate clean up job and set everything up for finishing the build the next day.  Bright and early the next morning the team was onsite to set the lattice work in place and finish the building phase. When they were done, the paint crew came in and repaired, caulked, and painted every original wood area that needed restoration, and to insure the whole project looked brand new.  When they finished, the patio furniture was placed back right where we wanted and the patio was spotless.Our gratitude goes out to the building crew for a well executed, on time, meticulous and within our budget project.  Our thanks to Jeff Goldman, Paulino, Andy, Santos, Lazaro, Gonzalo and Mark.  In just two days time, we had a beautiful patio cover that we love and a feature that will surely add value to our home!Who could ask for anything more!?Regards,

"Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"I needed rain gutters checked/cleaned and evaluation of recurrent leak on flat part of roof.  
 I received prompt call back and estimate meeting, and work was done within a wk or so (before the rain!).   I went onto the roof   with Mr. Thomas  to best understand his evaluation and plan. He gave me options as to how   to proceed which I appreciated.
With all the work done, however, I feel confident in the roof for sometime!!!!     
  It is a family company with high professionalism, good communication, and it was a pleasure having them work at our home.  I won't hesitate to call on them when other services needed   (such as painting, etc).

"My house was in shambles and required a full makeover. We also wanted to add a shower to the downstairs bathroom for my mom as she gets older and stairs are getting tougher. I got 6 estimates and most came back much higher than the one I received from US Home developers and their definitions of work to be provided was also very vague, and left a lot of room for additional fees. Belle gave me a very detailed contract outlining everything that would be done. Armando was our contractor and like Belle, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was done very quickly and only took as long as it did because of wait times for material. Belle met with us a few times to shop for material and helped us through the design process which was very helpful because I was stressing out on this aspect. Armando made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be and was very flexible when it came to scheduling. At the end of job he even had all the junk in my backyard, which was a lot, picked up. I was so happy with the work they did downstairs that I decided to rehire them to do the upstairs. They even added roof replacement to the contract for an additional price that was much lower than the 4 other estimates I got. My house went from looking like it was straight out of an episode of Hoarders to looking like it’s straight out of a magazine. Couldn’t be happier!"
