"Water was coming up from our pipe connected to the washer so the washer will not leak water anymore. The pipe was plugged up. He snaked the drain and unclogged it. We can now wash without the water running out. They have been here before and he is reasonable. They were great."

"Ben unexpectedly showed up the day after I called with a window unit so that it would be cool in my house, until they could install the new unit. He promised me that he would be here on Monday at 10:00 AM and showed up on time with his full crew. They all went immediately to work, and I was amazed at the professional way they completed their work in such a short time. <br /> He promised me he would get me a unit with the same capacity and warranty (Made in America) as the other people I contacted for an estimate but for less. He not only came in several hundred dollars less with the exact same warranty, but included a ultraviolet air purifier, as well as a water pump to remove the condensation to a drain instead of outside my house like my old unit. <br /> I'm older and about to retire and I haven't bought anything on credit since I was laid off over a year ago, so I don't have a credit rating. He worked out a payment plan instead of making me apply for financing which saved me a lot of money on interest. A handshake was all that was needed. Good to see there are still some good old fashion merchants still around that are willing to work with their customers on an individual basis. <br />  I told him that I had a hard time changing the filter where it was located on my old unit, so he relocated it to a place that I could just slide out the used filter and put in a new one. <br /> He then had me contact his wife who takes care of the vent cleaning side of the business and she also came in $50.00 less than the other bids, because she gave me a discount for my doing business with them.  <br /> He and his workers were friendly, courteous and hard working. <br /> Then he came back on Wednesday to check if everything was working properly. <br /> In the future I will not hesitate to call him for any maintenance on my new heating-A/C units but also to do any plumbing and fireplace work I need to have done. <br /> What a great experience! <br />"

"Origianally a co-worker recommended Pipe Dreams for a plumbing job at my mothers home. I was pleased with the work that was performed and intended to have them do some work at my home. In the mean time my sister and her husband were needing some plumbing work done at their home, so I recommended Pipe Dreams to them. They were also pleased with the work done. <br /> In March of this year I hired them to replace two sump pump basins in the crawl space of our home. Including the work mentioned above; they return phone calls, arrive at the appointed time and do a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. They perform the work in a timely manner and are polite and courteous. Because I didn't find Pipe Dreams on Angies List I wasn't aware of the 10 percent senior discount. "They went above the call of duty. When they went to install the city ordinance says no pipes closer than 3 feet on the roof. When the tank was taken out it then became under that ordinance. They installed, moved the exhaust pipe over the ceiling into the garage and up. That kept us in compliance with the ordinance. The job was done professionally and I would absolutely use again."
