No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable & relaxed, and felt confident in All City's ability to do a good job. There were problems with my sewer over the years so I decided to replace it. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized. Have been doing this work for over 30 years with experience in all areas of construction from plumbing, heating, electric and even tile work. We also do window work, exterior like vinyl siding/cement work and stone work as well. I do this work myself, with help of a couple employees when needed due to my meticulous and handy craftsmanship and constant need of getting the work done quickly without losing accuracy or workmanship. Will make sure when I leave the job site, that the customer will ALWAYS be happy of my work.
