"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"I have a 60 year old high ranch house with the main water pipes running the length of the lower level behind a finished soffit wall. We have had a series of pinhole leaks that soak the ceiling and create an expensive emergency call to a plumber. After the 5th such leak, I decided to replace the entire pipe. "They contacted me very quickly. I requested a quote late at night and they called me at 10am the next day and they had a licensed plumber at my home within an hour of calling me. He was excellent, fixed the toilet bowl in 45 minutes and charged me $250. He was clean, professional and fast. I would recommend this company! I also contracted with them to repair my shower head and install a new bathroom sink. Everything was fully explained to me about the toilet and also what I needed to get for them to fix the shower and the sink. They will be back on Monday 9/28 (today is Saturday 9/26) to fix the shower. It will cost $275.00 + tax and I had to get the shower head. Not a problem, they told me exactly what to get. I had to order the vanity top, faucet and sink anyway so as soon as that is all delivered around mid-October they will return to fix the sink. Installation fee for the sink will run $975.00 +tax, and they are supplying the pipes under the sink, which all need to be replaced. They told me it will take around 5 hrs to install the sink. As this is in the future, I will leave a second review to report how things went, but I am very optimistic that things will go well judging by how they went today."

"While on Vacation I contacted Sal Manzo because new countertop were getting installed a few days after I returned home. I was able still send Sal pictures and he was able to confirm my slow drain was due to incorrect drain install by another contractor. He scheduled Mike Manzo to be there the day after I returned and he correctly replaced pipe to code. Thanks to Sal and Mike for responding so quickly and fixing the issue so the countertop can get installed. this allowed the rest of kitchen installation to complete on time and on schedule. Mike was punctual, meticulous, clean and professional. the cost was high but was worth the peace of mind and quality of work. Mike had also installed a gas line/pipe for new gas stove in March. It was done to code and was a fair price. Will always call Sal Manzo for may of my plumbing needs"
