Steve was very responsive to my inquiry and understood my concern about the plants that surround the house. I live in a house with mature plantings and other companies have damaged the plants with the cleaning solution and the power of the pressure washer. Steve assured me he would rinse off all washing solution from the plants and they would not be damaged. I was not home when they started but was there for the majority of the work and Steve and his associate were careful  of the plants and did wash off all solution---the plants are fine with no chemical scald at all. Another thing Steve did was scrub the aluminum (and there is a lot) and got it clean. Other providers said that they would charge more if they had to scrub the aluminum. Steve's price was lower than other estimates and I was extremely happy with him, his company and the quality of the work. I have and will continue to recommend him to neighbors and family.

"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted.
