"Joe showed up after obtaining the problem and the model number for my dryer.  He was delayed due to -0 temps and snow in KC but still arrived the day he promised!  He found the problem, a stripped knob, and swapped out another knob which worked.  We could have ordered a new selector mechanism but chose to see if the unit would function a while longer.  Joe gave honest and appreciated advice about our unit and was very professional.  He deferred any charge until the failed!!
