"I chose this company after comparing three other quotes and initially felt confident signing a contract with them. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hired this company to build an outdoor bar and stamped concrete patio. The bar should of only taken 7-10 days but dragged on for 8 weeks. Workers showed up once a week for only a few hours, and communication was terrible ? I constantly had to text and call for updates and got a 24 hours? notice before they arrived. They even started work before the permits were approved; I had to contact the county to find out. While I?m happy with the finished bar, they never completed the patio that was in our signed contract and stopped responding altogether. I ended up hiring another contractor to do it. The craftsmanship on the bar is fine, but the company?s professionalism, communication, and reliability were awful. I would not recommend this company. "

Provided clear, precise instructions and even took away my old toilet for me. Would recommend this company 100% times."

"Eco Power Works did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom renovation ! Daryl and John were very patient listening to my ideas. They brought in an architect who was reasonably priced and made suggestions to overall designs which I am so glad they did ! The project from Start to finish was on schedule which O was pleasantly surprised - these guys kept their words and their workers were always on time respectful of my property and time. I like that they always checked with me when they took major steps to double check that everyone was on the same page - they communicated every step of the way and were very careful to to do the job right. I really love the beautiful cabinets and marble countertops which were my dreams. I am so glad I hired these guys - they really did a great job overall - will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors !"

"It went very smoothly and quickly. The price was lower than other contractors I talked to, and the outcome was very good. Everything was done quickly, neighbors didn't complain about noise or whatnot, the place was left clean, and nothing was damaged along the way, and the result is great. Communication was very easy and on the point. I am very pleased with SM Constructions and would gladly recommend them for any job."

"It has now been 7 months since we hired C&C. It took them 5 months to create a plan and diagrams. We then proceeded, based on their direction, to get HOA and county approvals. We did not receive the approvals, they have started NO WORK, but refuse to return our $76K deposit that was my elderly parents only savings. We are now in legal suit with the builder. I would not recommend this builder as they make promises they can?t keep and are never responsive by email, phone or text. "

I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing.
