When our garage door was damaged, they came 1 day after the call to survey and recommend a fix. When they couldn't make their scheduled date to install the new door due to another job, they called to notify us they'd be coming the following business day. On the day of installation, they came and 2 hours later were done. The door has worked great since then with no issues. We received the bill by email and paid online. Very easy and dependable."

Their installer, a man named Luis, has been installing garage doors for over 15 years. He is amazing to watch, moves like poetry in motion, knows exactly what should be done when, and is very precise in his work. He came alone, took the old door down and installed the new door in a couple of hours. Everything was clean and neat when he finished. The door runs smoothly and makes very little noise, compared to the old door, and I am very pleased. Academy is so professional and such a pleasure to do business with that I would give them more stars, if I could!"

You have to have special tools and he did, you have to have experience and he had it.
