"A year ago, I hired VKB Kitchen & bath to build an additional master bathroom and renovated old bath. The great president, Paul P Ibrahimov assigned me a wonderful project manager, Will Vusal for my project. I am grateful to have Mr. Will to be my project manager. He and his team did an extremely marvelous job for the additional master bath and old bath remodel They look beautiful and credential. I have given 5 plus stars review for their job through google review. Today I want to recognize MR. Will, the project manager for his continuous responsible of customer care service and help to resolve any problems they have. He is doing his best to uphold the vkb company core values by guaranteeing a two-year warranty of the quality. Exp, my 88 years old mom was waiting for help with the removal of the shower drain filter to clean it. When I called Mr. Will for the help, he came by himself today to help to resolve the problem. My mom is happy she will be able to use her shower ag"

"“I strongly recommend JW Home Improvement for all home repair and renovation needs. Over the past few weeks we have had various projects completed, including, exhaust fan installation, stairwell repair, dry wall repair, exterior dormer and trim replacement and gutter/downspout painting. All of the technicians were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, highly skilled and operated efficiently to finish ahead of scheduled time. Pedro, Kevin and Antonio in particular were exceptional in going above and beyond to produce truly beautiful work. The craftsmanship and precision displayed by these technicians was extraordinary and they were an absolute pleasure to have in my home.”"

"Omar and his team led by foreman Juan Carlos have done half a dozen projects around my 120-year old row house in NW DC, and the results are fantastic every time. They built a master closet, which involved moving walls, re-routing ductwork and electrical, and finishing and painting. They also redid my living room, which involved troubleshooting and repairing an old fabric-wire circuit, installing a mounted TV with hidden wiring, and finishing and painting. The jobs were quick and affordable and resulted in top-quality, long-lasting results. I’ll be trusting them to build my new double-decker covered porch scheduled for later this year. Thanks Omar, Juan Carlos, and Bonifacio!"

"American Home Pride was the first company to get an estimate back to me, and at a lower price than their competitors that took weeks longer to respond! Brad was very good at communicating with me throughout the entire process. I was multiple options and given advice on the pros and cons of each option. The inspectors were always very impressed and complimentary of his work. I will be using them in the future for all my home improvements."

"Excellent diagnosis of the work needed. Complete review of external meter and cable rigging needs, upgrade to new panel inside the house and corresponding grounding under the house (crawl space). Very reasonable pricing as well. I’ve hired D&G Remodeling for the work. The Lord is good! Thank you Angi!"

"We just moved to the area 6 months ago. When we moved into our home, we had several home repairs we needed to get done (replacing ceiling fan, repairing hole in the wall, etc). I found Navidâ s Construction and am so glad we did. They were so pleasant and professional to work with. They worked around our schedule and got everything done quickly and very well. Then, when our house was flooded, causing significant damage, we got an estimate from Navid. It was very reasonable and we hired him to do the repairs. We needed new flooring in a bathroom and walls repaired. The work was done flawlessly. Sheila was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service every step of the way. Although I never anticipated needing a construction company when we first moved into our home, I am so grateful we found Navidâ s Construction. I will continue to use him for all of our home repair needs. Hire Navid. You wonâ t regret it."

"Contractor was excellent! He was always on time; communicated well; craftsmanship was outstanding; and the results were just what we hoped. The contractor worked hard to ensure he understood what we wanted and did a great job finalizing the scope with my wife. I wish we had hired him for a previous project. Don't delay - call Dreammaker Kitchen and Bath."

"Devin Nasvaderani (Marel Homes) is, without a doubt, the best contractor with whom I have ever worked. He came into a job that had been royally screwed up by a prior contractor (see review of Stevenson & Sons). He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. He took a nightmare and turned it into the dream home we had hoped for. If you need a great contractor to remodel your home, call Devin at Marvel Homes (the name says it all).

"WaterStone did a complete remodel of our smallish master bathroom (9' by 9'). They were responsible for all aspects of the project including design, permitting, materials and construction. We had an initial budgetary estimate of 30 to 35K for what we wanted. Other companies either told us the design we wanted (which required relocating plumbing and electrical) was either infeasible or way above our budgetary estimate. Jeff came in, listened to what we wanted and gave us design options that met our needs. After a couple of iterations, we settled on a design and Jeff provided an estimate from $32K to 38K depending on our material selections. He gave us a range of material allowances that were actually reasonable. Ultimately, the contract was executed for just under 38K - no overruns!. Jeff and Deanna helped us make the material selections while keeping us within budget (we went over some allowances and under others). We did not have to make any compromises on our vision for the bathroom. The project was finished in 8 weeks vice the proposed 5 to 6 weeks due mainly to a more difficult than expected demolition and the lead time for the shower glass. Jeff (owner), Deanna (designer), Jake (project manager) and Javier (on site project lead) were personable and easy to deal with. As usual with a project of this magnitude, there were a couple of hiccups along the way. The measure of a contractor is not the issues they have but how quickly and effectively they resolve the issues and WaterStone was topnotch in that regard. Problems were addressed and fixed right away. Two stories that demonstrate why we liked working with WaterStone so much: 1) we wanted quartz countertops but bathroom vanities usually require much less than a full slab. When their normal stone supplier would only quote a full slab which was way over our budget, WaterStone called several other suppliers and found one with a remnant that would meet our needs and would not break the budget; and 2) the glass supplier raised some issues about our proposed design for the shower glass and we started down the path of an alternate, much more expensive design. When Jeff heard, he came over immediately and talked us off the ledge about our concerns with the original design, ultimately saving us from a costly design change. WaterStone designed and built a bathroom that matched our vision for the price we were quoted. We've been using the bathroom for about 6 months now with no problems or issues. The workmanship from the crafts (plumbing, electrical, tile, glass) is superb. They respected our house and minimized any disruption (we slept in our master bedroom throughout the renovation). WaterStone is a gem."
