"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. "During the initial appointment, the sales rep was a little too much over-the-top on the sales pitch, considering this was the first company we tried to get an estimate with. But I guess that is how construction sales are supposed to go. However, they made an offer we could not refuse and the quality of the product was highly desired. Scheduling the work was easy and fast. The roof and gutter replacement was done on 2 separate days. Friendly workers. One of the workers accidentally broke our lamppost light with a shingle, but I was able to find a replacement and get reimbursed very promptly. Overall, very impressed with the work. Would recommend them to others, indeed."

I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.

Pleasant to work with, honest and assisted in every way. They are going to also be the ones to replace my roof, a separate roof installation review will follow later.
